If you are not happy with the Paw Path™, you may return it to us under the following conditions:
- If it is in new, unused condition with the original packing material and instruction sheet.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking and insurance, such as UPS, Fedex, or the United States Post Office with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Returns must be received by us within 21 days of your receipt.
- Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return the product, and we will send you return instructions.
- Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund.
If an order arrives damaged:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Please keep all of the packaging. We will file a claim and a UPS representative will come by to inspect the damage and return to us in order for the claim to be processed. Alternatively, you may file a claim yourself by calling 800- PICK-UPS (742-5877). Although we strive to offer the best possible customer service, we cannot send out a new product until the claim has been processed. For further information, you may contact us.
To cancel an order:
We usually ship an order immediately on the same business day, or at the latest, within 1 business day. There are no cancellations after the order has been shipped. Please contact us if you’ve placed an order with us recently and would like to cancel. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order.
