About the Paw Path™

1. How do I get the best results from the Paw Path®?
To achieve the best results, your cat must walk the entire length of the Paw Path® when exiting the litterbox. Please consider the placement of your litterbox and the Paw Path® carefully, based on your cat's tendencies. Place the Paw Path® in the most convenient location for your cat to discourage him or her from jumping over the fences when leaving the litterbox.

5. Can I use the Paw Path® with an open litter pan?
Yes, as long as it is positioned in a place where it can only exit from one side - place the Paw Path® on that one side to make sure your cat uses the Paw Path® to exit the litter pan.

Yes. It will work in a household with multiple cats.

Currently, the Paw Path® only comes in one size and in one color oyster gray. See actual color.

9. How do I clean the Paw Path®?
Simply wash or wipe with a soft sponge or cloth, using warm water and a mild detergent. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or coarse cleaning materials.

10. Is the Paw Path® safe for my cat?
Absolutely! Every part of the Paw Path® was carefully created with a cat's comfort and safety in mind. There are no sharp edges or parts that would be dangerous to a cat, and it is very sturdy and made of durable plastic. The lattice was also made to cater to the soft paws of a cat.

11. Is the Paw Path® safe around small children?
There are no small parts that would be dangerous for children, and the lattice part with the tray underneath it can hold the weight of a toddler. But please do not let children play on it, as it was strictly designed for cats.

The lattice section, with the tray underneath it is strong enough for domestic cats of any size or weight.

13. Is assembly required? Is it easy?
It is very simple to put together. No tools are required. The Paw Path® is shipped in 6 pieces, and all of the pieces easily fit together. Please see assembly instructions for step by step directions with photos.

14. What is the Paw Path® made of?
All parts are made in POLYPROPYLENE plastic, a high quality and very durable plastic used in many household products. Its attributes include outstanding product consistency and stiffness & impact balance.

15. Will the Paw Path® work with other animals?
The Paw Path® was specifically designed for cats. Please consult your veterinarian if you'd like to use it with other animals. We cannot guarantee performance with other kinds of animals.

16. Do you sell a litterbox to go with the Paw Path®?
Currently, we do not make litter boxes or pans. But please check back with us! Click here if you'd like to be put on our mailing list and we will notify you if we come out with new products. You can opt to be removed at any time.

17. Does the Paw Path® attach to my litterbox?
No. Your litterbox will simply sit on the plate of the Paw Path™ and its weight will keep the Paw Path® in place.

Ordering & Shipping

18. Can I buy the Paw Path® in a store?
Not at this time. The Paw Path® is exclusively sold on this website through Seven Musketeers Corporation.

19. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that "Seven Musketeers Corp." will appear on your credit card statement when you make a purchase on this site.

At this time, we only take orders through secure online transaction.

21. What is your return policy?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all of the packaging. We will file a claim and a UPS representative will come by to inspect the damage and return to us in order for the claim to be processed. Alternatively, you may file a claim yourself by calling 800- PICK-UPS (742-5877). Although we strive to offer the best possible customer service, we cannot send out a new product until the claim has been processed.

You may return the Paw Path® under the following conditions:

• If it is in new, unused condition with the original packing material and instruction sheet.
• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
• Returns must be received by us within 21 days of your receipt.
• Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return the product, and we will send you return instructions.
• Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund.

22. How do I cancel my order?

We usually ship an order immediately on the same business day, or at the latest, within 1 business day. There are no cancellations after the order has been shipped. Please contact us if you’ve placed an order with us recently and would like to cancel. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order.

23. How is the Paw Path® shipped?
The Paw Path® is shipped via UPS for orders in the continental U.S., and we offer various methods: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Free UPS Ground within the continental United States. You will be able to preview the ship rate upon checkout, which will be calculated according to where you'd like your order shipped.

For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer a discounted flat shipping rate of $7.85 via U.S. Priority Mail, which should arrive in 3-5 business days. For international orders, we offer U.S. Express Mail International or U.S. Priority Mail International.

24. How soon will I get the order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will then receive emails of your order status, notifying you that your order has shipped, with a UPS tracking number, which will tell you your expected delivery date. In your emails, you will be provided a link that will provide you with your order status. Transit times for UPS Ground ranges between 1-6 business days. If you'd like to find out how long a UPS Ground shipment will take, you may look up a map of UPS ground speed at http://www.ups.com/fast/. We ship from zip code 12589 in New York.

There is no UPS Ground service on the weekends, so if you place an order on a Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.

Transit times for U.S. Priority Mail to Alaska or Hawaii is 3-5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when we've received your order. You can check the status of your order online by following the link provided in the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or bulk email folder. We can currently process orders to Canada, the U.K., and Australia through our online store. We offer discounted shipping rates via U.S. Priority (6-10 business days) or Express Mail International (3-5 business days).

International Shipping Rates Per Item (after $14.00 discount)

If you'd like us to ship to any other country, please contact us with your city, postal code, and we will email you shipping rates. Once a shipping rate is agreed upon, we will prepare a PayPal invoice for you.
